i-Sprint’s Global Software Maintenance and Support Services (“GSS”) defines the scope of maintenance and support services (“Maintenance Services”) agreed between i-Sprint Innovations Pte Ltd or its group of companies (“i-Sprint”) and Customer for i-Sprint’s software product and solution offerings, namely, ‘AccessMatrix’, ‘AccessReal’, and ‘YESsafe’.

The GSS and i-Sprint’s end-user software license agreement (“EULA”) both form an integral part of the applicable agreements between i-Sprint and Customer.

Technical support may no longer be offered for non-shipping versions of any of i-Sprint’s software products. i-Sprint reserves the right to revise the product support policy, at any time, without prior notice.

AccessMatrix Software Version 5.6.2 GA Release Announcement
As part of our ongoing product communication, we are announcing the GA release of AccessMatrix software version 5.6.2.

A high level summary of some of the key changes and enhancements released in this latest version is listed below:

  • Enable Common Login Page (CLP) as OAuth/OIDC provider front end
  • AccessMatrix UAM is a certified OIDC provider (https://openid.net/certification/)
  • Support host-stored, key-pairs management for users to encrypt, decrypt and signing
  • Improve verification performance in VASCO multi-device token by specifying instance sequence number instead of brute force
  • Check forbidden words in HSM FM (PSE/PSE2) during changing/resetting password API call
  • New reverse proxy-based Web Security Agent (WSA) as replacement for plug-in based WSA

This latest release also includes updates such as defect fixes released in previous version 5.6.1.
